Delivery

Here at The Studio we strive to provide fast and efficient delivery options for our customers so that they receive their purchased Plans within the chosen standard or fast tracked time frame.  Upon receiving full payment, we will get to work creating your plan and aim to have standard Plans created and delivered via email within 7 Business days.  Fast Tracked orders expect plans to be delivered via email within 3 Business days.

Once your plan has been finalised it will be emailed across to you via the email address provided along with confirmation and a detailed explanation of what your plan consists of.

Cancellations

If a customer changes their mind we offer a 48 hour cancellation service from when the payment was made where we will issue you with a full refund. Cancellation requests made after this date, will not be issued with a full card refund but we can supply you with a voucher to be used at a later date. If a plan is late being delivered a customer would have the right to cancel and be issued with a full card refund.

Returns

​

We do not accept or offer returns once plans have been delivered unless there is a clear error on our part. Errors would include, file is corrupted, plan is wrong and not what was agreed upon.
